Refund Policy

Overview

Staq offers digital services including a Pro subscription and verified digital certificates. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital services under Indian consumer law.

Staq Pro Subscription (₹149/month)

  • 7-day refund window: If you subscribed and have not used any Pro features (Advanced City scenarios, unlimited challenges, or the Personality Report), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refund after use: Once you have accessed any Pro-exclusive content, the subscription is considered used and is non-refundable for that billing period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days.

Verified Certificates (₹149 one-time)

  • Non-refundable once issued: A certificate is generated and permanently associated with your account upon successful payment and assessment completion. Because the digital credential is delivered immediately, no refunds are issued after issuance.
  • Failed payment / not issued: If your payment was charged but a certificate was not generated due to a technical error, contact us at support@slayerblade.site within 7 days. We will either issue the certificate or provide a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@slayerblade.site with the subject line Refund Request. Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • The reason for the refund request

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
  • Requests made outside the eligible refund window
  • Purchases made with Partner Flux or in-app virtual currency
