1. About Staq

Staq is a gamified financial literacy platform that teaches personal finance concepts through interactive modules, quizzes, and challenges. Staq is an educational tool and does not provide financial advice.

2. Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use Staq. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

3. In-App Currency (Flux)

Flux is a virtual currency earned through learning activities. Flux has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. Flux can be spent on in-app items (badges, power-ups) within the Flux Shop.

4. Content

All educational content on Staq is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings or exploit game mechanics
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Staq are owned by SlayerBlade. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Staq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on content learned through Staq.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Staq after changes constitutes acceptance.
